COSTA MESA, CA-Grubb & Ellis Co. has closed the sale of a senior housing property in Costa Mesa. Care Senior Living LLC has purchased the 55-unit senior housing apartment located at 2619 Orange Ave. in Costa Mesa from Victor & Leticia Charnetsky Trust.

The property changed hands for $5.6 million or about $101,818 per unit. Alan Ursillo, Sean McNee and Robert Black from Grubb & Ellis handled the deal.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
