ANAHEIM, CA-Fullerton-based Eastside Christian Church has purchased a six-story office building measuring 200,000 square feet at 3370 E. Miraloma and a two-story industrial building measuring 200,000 square feet at 3330 E. Miraloma Ave. for $20 million or about $50 per square foot. The 20-acre Anaheim property was sold by Sacramento-based Panattoni Development Co.
Eastside will spend up to $25 million to upgrade the property. Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer, and CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
