HOUSTON-Fuller Realty Advisers has closed two lease deals at 2600 North Loop West. Texas Children's Pediatric Associates has signed a lease for 5,604 square feet of space on the first floor and the YMCA of Greater Houston has leased 23,933 square feet for its administrative headquarters.
2600 NLW Ltd., an affiliate of Fuller, bought the six-story, 135,400-square-foot building from Christus Health in 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle represented Texas Children's Pediatric Associates. Fuller is managing lease deals at 2600 North Loop West.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
