HOUSTON-Goodman Distribution has signed an agreement to lease 17,400 square feet of industrial space located at 3520 S. Sam Houston Parkway in Houston, Texas. The company has leased the space to accommodate its heating and air-conditioning equipment distribution business. Clay Development is the owner of the industrial building.
In the deal, the owner was represented by David Boyd of Boyd Commercial, while Seth Koschak of the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Stream Realty Partners negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
