MILWAUKEE-Illinois-based The Cloverleaf Group has acquired the Highland Ridge Shopping Center from E.J. Plesko and Associates Inc. for $10.7 million. Grocery store Pick 'n Save is the anchor tenant of the retail building situated at the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Falls Road in Grafton. About 10,200 square feet of space is still vacant in the shopping center.
