HOUSTON-Behringer Harvard has offered a mezzanine loan for the construction of a multifamily complex comprising 320 units called The Domain at Eldridge. Simmons Vedder Partners, who developed apartment community called Eclipse in Houston, will develop the complex at Briar Forest Drive and Eldridge Parkway in Houston.
