Annamaya Sells Seville Place Apartments

ORLANDO-Seville Place Holdings Ltd., an affiliate of The Related Group based in Miami, has purchased an apartment complex comprising 444 units from Annamaya Corp. for $5.5 million, which translates into approximately $12,388 per unit. The Seville Place Apartments, which was under court receivership, is located on North Pine Hills Road north of Silver Star Road.
