NEW YORK CITY-Extell has acquired another Diamond District property on 46th Street situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues. The company, headed by Gary Barnett, has recently bought 9 West 46th Street, a five-story building, for $10.2 million.
The developer already holds buildings at 13, 19, 29 and 53 West 46th Street as well as 2 to 8 West 47th Street. Extell also seized a number of properties to build its International Gem Tower at 46th Street and Fifth Avenue.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
