TALLAHASSEE, FL-Hospital Corporation of America has inked a deal to lease 6,071 square feet in an office building in northeast Tallahassee. Parrish Group Inc., a commercial development firm based in Tallahassee, is the owner and manager of the 32,000-square-foot office tower situated at the 1701 Hermitage Blvd. in Hermitage Office Park.
