NIAGARA FALLS, NY-The Hotel Niagara, a 12-story, 135,000-square-foot structure at the corner of First Street and Rainbow Boulevard, has reached the auction block. The Chartwell Group of Cleveland will auction the 193-room hotel on April 26.
Houston-based Amidee Capital Group LLC bought the property in 2007. The State Bank of Texas held the mortgage on the building and eventually it assumed control over the property. Minimum bids for the hotel will start at $145,000.For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
