GLENDALE, CA-Laemmle Theatres is planning to expand its operations in Glendale. The Glendale Redevelopment Agency has approved a contract between Laemmle Theatres and Wilson/Maryland Lofts LLC for a five-story project.
The project, situated at 111 E. Wilson Avenue at the crossway of Maryland and Wilson, will have five screens with 600 seats. In addition to the theater, 42 lofts are planned above the 10,000-square-foot space set apart for gallery and ground floor restaurant or retail.For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
