SCHAUMBURG, IL-PepsiCo Inc. has subleased its 45,156 square feet in the Schaumburg Corporate Center to TCF Inventory Finance Inc., a unit of TCF Financial Corp. TCF Inventory will relocate its headquarters from 2300 Barrington Road in Hoffman Estates to the Schaumburg Corporate Center located at 1475 E. Woodfield Road in Schaumburg in May 2011.
In the deal, Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated on behalf of the sub-landlord.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
