PHILADELPHIA-Colliers International has brokered a new lease deal in Philadelphia. Philadelphia Aids Thrift has signed a lease for 10,500 square feet of space at the Kroungold's Furniture building located at 710-718 S. 5th St. in Philadelphia.
The furniture store will occupy the remaining portion of the building. Philadelphia Aids Thrift is a group that raises money for research. The lease deal was entirely handled by Colliers International.For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal.
