PHOENIX-A new housing product, which will be known as Grandfamilies Place of Phoenix, is coming up on a neighborhood locality in south Phoenix. A partnership between Alliance Property Group and Tanner Properties is developing the $11.5 million housing complex consisting of 56 units.

The development will include 44 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom apartments. Construction for the new apartments will start in August. The housing complex will cater to grandparents who are raising young children.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
