LOS ANGELES-Regency Centers has started a $16-million redevelopment on the Granada Village, a 225,000-square-foot center in Los Angeles. The redevelopment project will include a Sprouts Farmers Market.

With the redevelopment, the center as well as a 25,000-square-foot grocer will get a modern-style look. The specialty grocer will open the store on the former Ralphs space in the fall of 2011.
