LOS ANGELES-Regency Centers has started a $16-millionredevelopment on the Granada Village, a 225,000-square-foot centerin Los Angeles. The redevelopment project will include a SproutsFarmers Market.

With the redevelopment, the center as well as a25,000-square-foot grocer will get a modern-style look. Thespecialty grocer will open the store on the former Ralphs space inthe fall of 2011.
