SUNRISE, FL-S.A. Ventures, LLC has purchased an office building spanning 15,000 square feet from Davni, LLC for $1.5 million. The company intends to occupy a significant portion of the building located at 7880 W. Oakland Park Blvd. in Sunrise.

In the deal, Emma Pilarte of RE/MAX PowerPro Realty, Inc. negotiated on behalf of the buyer, while Frank Morrison and Deborah Fink of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. negotiated on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
