SACRAMENTO-Florin Towne Centre, a Walmart Supercenter-anchored shopping center spanning 488,455 square feet, is getting a new tenant. Sizzler has agreed to occupy a pad space situated between the building and Starbucks.
Sizzler will open its 7,200-square-foot restaurant in Q4 2011 or in Q1 2012. The shopping center is 77% leased. Blair Wheatley and Jim Teare of Terranomics negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord.For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal.
