LEXINGTON, MA-Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp., a biotechnology firm, has extended its 34,520-square-foot lease at 45 Hartwell Ave. in Lexington for another five years. According to the terms of the deal, the company will pay a base rent of $852,070 per year for the facility comprising laboratory and office space.
