GARLAND, TX-Firewheel Town Center has inked two new leasing deals with Kirkland's and Ulta. The two retailers will open their stores in July 2011. Home decor retailer Kirkland's has leased 10,375 square feet close to the junction of Horseshoe Drive and Town Center Boulevard.
