NEW YORK CITY-Spandrel Property Services and Winick have brokered two lease deals in Brooklyn. Waterfront Wines and Spirit has signed a long-term lease for 1,170 square feet of space on Joralemon Street and Brooklyn Bridge Bark has signed a long-term lease for 1,760 square feet of space on the ground floor of the Park Drive building.
