NEW YORK CITY-Fashion firm 3.1 Phillip Lim is relocating from 260 W. 39th St. in the Garment District to the Hudson Square area. The company has leased 25,000 square feet of space at 304 Hudson St. for 10 years from Trinity Real Estate.
