WICHITA, KS-Eyster Properties LLC is planning to purchase Victoria Park, a three-story apartment building consisting of 22 units at 612 E. Douglas, from the city of Wichita. The Wichita Business Journal reported in February that the group, headed by Mike Ramsey and Dr. Robert Eyster, was one of the candidates for the apartment property.
Eyster Properties has plans to create 12 one-bedroom apartments and 8 studio apartments in the building. Builders Inc. will manage the property for Eyster.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
