DALLAS-Highland Capital Management LP, an international investment adviser, is relocating its offices from the Galleria to the Crescent complex. The company has leased 45,000 square feet of office space in the complex located on Pearl Street at Cedar Springs Road. With this deal, the 1.2-million-square-foot complex is now over 90% occupied.
