NEW YORK CITY-Diana Warner, a jewelry designer who runs Diana Warner Studio, has inked a seven-year lease with Hall Partnership for 2,000 square feet at 42 E. 21st St. situated between Broadway and Park Avenue. She will use the space for retail and administrative offices.
