AUSTIN, TX-Austin-based Mama Fu's Asian House has signed a contract with San Antonio-based Mama's Alamo LLC to develop six new restaurants in El Paso and New Mexico. Brian Padilla and Allen Jones, the managing principles of Mama's Alamo, will develop the new restaurants for Mama Fu's.
Mama's Alamo will develop restaurants in El Paso and in five New Mexico locations, which include Albuquerque, Farmington, Las Cruces, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe. With this deal, the company's locations total to 17.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
