NEW YORK CITY-OMGPOP Inc. is relocating its offices from 132 Crosby St. to 632 Broadway. The company has inked a lease for seven years with Renaissance Properties for 10,000 square feet at 632 Broadway.
The company will occupy the 11th-floor space of the building. The asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot. OMGPOP will move to the new location in mid July.
