NEW YORK CITY-Pearl Studios NYC, who was hunting for nearly three years for more rehearsal space, has signed a lease in an Eighth Ave. building. The company has leased 16,000 square feet at 519 Eighth Ave. from the Kaufman Organization.
Pearl Studios NYC has inked the lease for 12 years for the 12th-floor space in the 26-story, 355,000-square-foot building.
