MEMPHIS-Family Dollar Stores Inc., a discount retailer based in Charlotte, holds portion of the former Landscape Co.'s Chickasaw Gardens property and Stringer's Garden Centers property under contract. The company holds one acre of the 3.2 acre property under contract.
The retailer has plans to construct a store measuring 9,000 square feet on the one acre site. Family Dollar is being represented by Frank Dyer of Loeb Properties Inc. in the deal.
