ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Feldman Equities, Inc. has completed two lease deals in City Center St. Petersburg and Fountain Square II in Tampa. Transatlantic Healthcare has signed a lease for 1,700 square feet of space at Fountain Square II, a 135,000-square-foot office building in Tampa.
Human Resources, Inc. has inked a lease renewal and expansion deal for 3,528 square feet of space at City Center St Petersburg.
