EL SEGUNDO, CA-An Indonesian investment group has acquired a 157,000-square-foot, seven-story class A office building at 2300 E. Imperial Highway for $25.3 million. The building is 100% occupied by the digital television provider Directv.
The seller, a financial services firm, was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team of executive managing director of capital markets Marc D. Renard, together with Manfred Schaub, Michael Roberts and Chris Sinfield. The Indonesian buyer was V.C.I. Corp.
