
NEW YORK CITY-Ken Smith Landscape Architects has bought an 11,800-square-foot office co-op situated on the fifth floor of the building at 450 W. 31st Street, between Tenth and Ninth Avenues, for $2.6 million. The property was initially placed on the market with an asking price of $3.4 million, which then lowered to $2.5 million. Sleeveless Production Inc. was the seller of the property.
