WASHINGTON, DC-Lennar Homes is developing nearly 400 townhomes and single-family homes in southern Maryland. The new residential communities will be located in Upper Marlboro and Laurel in Prince George's County and in Waldorf and Bryans Road in Charles County.
Seven model homes have been already opened across the communities to the public.
