CHICAGO-University HealthSystem Consortium has leased 77,109 square feet at 155 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago to house its headquarters. The lease runs for 12 years. The medical association will occupy the space from 38th to 40th floors in the 46-floor tower spanning 1.1 million square feet. The net rent for upper floors of the tower is $30 per square foot.
