GILBERT, AZ-Rochelle Vedres and Keith and Ava Ungar, private investors based in California, have purchased Gilbert Commerce Center, a three-story office property at 459 N. Gilbert Road in Gilbert, from Trident Pacific Real Estate Group for $3.1 million. The Class B 75,000-square-foot office complex, constructed in 1986, was 52% occupied at closing.
