NEW YORK CITY-Starbucks has leased 1,200 square feet at 43rd Street beside One Bryant Park, just west of Avenue of the Americas for its new coffee outlet. The company has leased the space from the Durst Organization.
Starbucks has also leased 1,470 square feet at One Jackson Square on Greenwich Avenue from Hines. The store will be opened in June. Northwest Atlantic Partners represented Starbucks, Robert K. Futterman & Assoc. represented Hines and the Durst Organization represented itself in the lease deals.For the full story, go to New York Post.
