DALLAS-Jones Lang LaSalle has inked a sublease deal with Whitley Penn LP, an accounting and consulting firm, to make its Dallas office building 100% full. Whitley Penn has subleased 20,156 square feet of space at 8343 Douglas Ave.
The firm will occupy the third-floor space at the office building. Calvin Hull and Jeff Staubach from Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Paul Whitman and Doug Carignan, also from the firm, represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
