FORT WORTH-The Carlyle Group Inc., an asset manager based in Washington, DC, has purchased Franklin Park at Cityview, an independent living community consisting 203 units near the Hulen Mall in southwest Fort Worth. The company is planning to spend $1 million to improve the food service program and common areas in the community.
