HOUSTON-Centex Homes has plans to develop three residential communities in the Houston area that includes Richmond and Katy. The Sunrise Pine community, situated close to US Highway 90 and Beltway 8, will feature two- and one-floor houses with living space range between 1,100 square feet and 2,100 square feet.
