FORT LAUDERDALE-Gaddis Capital Corp., a company managed by Jesse P. Gaddis, has bought a 2.05-acre site consisting of 14 parcels in Fort Lauderdale for an amount of $3.3 million. The company has purchased the site from Coral Springs-based Amera Federal 400.
Gaddis Capital will take the whole lot, from 400 through 430 North Federal Highway, 431 N.E. 7th Avenue and 625 N.E. 4th Street. The parcels are close to Gaddis' recently seized site at Northeast 5th Street and North Federal Highway.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
