TAMPA, FL-Ownership changes for two office buildings in East Tampa. A joint venture between Edge Principal Advisors, LLC and Penn-Florida Companies has purchased Lakeview Center, an office campus spanning 187,500 square feet, and Eastpointe, an office building measuring 85,063 square feet in Tampa.
