COPPELL, TX-JP Morgan Chase has inked a deal to lease an office building measuring 125,103 square feet in Coppell to house its call center. The Freeport IV building, a former Citigroup building, is situated at 1111 Northpoint Drive. The building was vacant for over a year.
In the deal, Randy Wood of Duke Realty negotiated with Russell Cosby and Paul Whitman of Jones Lang LaSalle.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
