
MILWAUKEE-Pleasant Prairie would likely provide $5 million to help Uline Inc. build a 1.1-million-square-foot distribution center and $2 million to construct a biomedical facility for the company. A state bill would free Pleasant Prairie from bounds on the utilization of tax-incremental financing.
Uline's new facility is situated in a TIF district. Last year, Pleasant Prairie seized 35 acres for Uline's distribution center development.
