POWAY, CA-SAIC has signed a lease for 60 months with Invesco for an industrial distribution/warehouse space measuring 29,185 square feet at the Parkway Commerce Center situated at 13691 Danielson St. in Poway. The company has signed the deal for over $1.5 million.
SAIC will use the leased space for manufacturing purpose. Tambra Martinez and Randall Wood with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Bill Dolan with CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
