DENVER-Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has completed the sale of an automotive dealership site in the Denver area.

DENVER-Berger Commercial Realty Corp. has completed the sale of an automotive dealership site in the Denver area. BDH&R Investment Company has sold the 7.2-acre site situated at 2600 W. 104th Ave. in Federal Heights, Colorado.

BDH&R Investment has sold the property to CarMax Auto Superstores for $6 million. The property was formerly occupied by a Saturn dealership. Steve Hyatt of Berger Commercial Realty negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
