ANAHEIM, CA-An indoor sports facility is expanding its space in an Anaheim industrial building. American Sports Centers has signed a 15-year lease with New York-based BlackRock Inc. for about 100,000 square feet at 1500 S. Anaheim Blvd.
American Sports, which currently occupies 146,000 square feet, is taking space in an adjacent property, which is part of the Anaheim Distribution Center.
