HOUSTON-Southwest Realty Advisors has completed the sale of an office/warehouse property in Houston on behalf of Electrical Leasing of Texas II, the buyer. Electrical Leasing of Texas II has acquired 22,500 square feet of office/warehouse building at 6601 Supply Row from Supply Row Warehouse Associates.
