HOUSTON-The Retail Connection and NewQuest Properties have brokered a lease deal in Houston. JPMorganChase Bank has leased a land spanning 67,518 square feet in the Joe V's Smart Shop Center situated at Antoine and Veterans Memorial.
The tenant has signed the lease with H-E-B, the property owner. David Stukalin with the Retail Connection represented JPMorganChase Bank, while Rebecca Le and Heather Nguyen with NewQuest Properties represented H-E-B in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
