HOUSTON-Grubb & Ellis has closed the sale of 2.1 acres in Houston on behalf of Kingwood Retail, the seller. Kingwood Retail has sold the 2.08-acre parcel situated in the Town Center complex at Kings Crossing Drive and Kingwood Drive in Kingwood to Halfmile.
In the deal, the seller was represented by Gus Lagos from Grubb & Ellis, while the buyer was represented by Patrick Wimberly and Mark Wimberly from Houston Commercial Development. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
