HOUSTON-Newmark Knight Frank and the National Realty Group have closed an industrial property sale in Houston. Parks 1420 has bought the industrial building spanning 18,634 square feet at 611 E. Tidwell.
Parks 1420 has acquired the building from Houston Metro Electric. In the sale, the buyer was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Brandi McDonald and Kyle Geary, while the seller was represented by the National Realty Group's Preston Yaggi and Mike Spears.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
